In the processing of stamped parts, stretching technology is also a commonly used processing method. During processing, the first thing encountered is the stamping direction of the stretched part. This aspect is very important as it not only directly affects the quality of the stretched parts, but also affects some related parameters in the process. The stamping direction of the stretched part should meet the following requirements: 1. Ensure that the convex mold can enter the concave mold; 2. Try to make the area of the convex mold in contact with the blank as large as possible, as this is most conducive to improving the degree of deformation of the stretched part; 3. The feeding resistance of each part of the pressing surface should be kept evenly distributed, which is also a powerful guarantee for the quality of the stretched parts. In the stretching process of stamping parts, there are one stretching process and multiple stretching processes. The characteristic of one-time stretching is one-time molding, which can improve production efficiency. The disadvantage is that one-time molding is prone to not being in place, and the degree of change during each stretching is required and cannot be changed too much. Repeated stretching can improve the qualification rate of products and prevent the generation of scrap. Stress relief and annealing softening are achieved during repeated stretching. Multiple stretching can ensure the accuracy, elongation coefficient, and production efficiency of the workpiece are greatly improved. Repeated stretching can achieve more uniform pulling and reduce the defect rate of the workpiece. Both one-time stretching and multiple stretching have their advantages and disadvantages, and can be selected according to the characteristics of the product when stamping precision stretching parts.
